Le beurre noisette reste un marqueur essentiel, et la d\u00e9coration d\u2019\u00e9clats de noix ajoute le croquant final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et comment r\u00e9ussir un financier coco qui ne renie pas ses origines et ne se transforme pas en avatar du c\u00e9l\u00e8bre rocher\u00a0?
